Expenses Required after the Purchase
Condominium Dues should be paid every
month once the unit is occupied. These regular assesments are necessary to meet the operating expenses of
the Corporation such as Security Service, light & water for
the common areas, maintenance of facilities and other
common areas, administrative services, insurance, real estate
tax (land only), pest control and garbage collection service.
This is computed based on the floor area of the unit assesed at P 12.00 per square meter.
Real estate tax is charged on the building
and the land. The unit owner should pay the
tax on the building by himself. The amount
is at present approximately P13,000 - 17,000
annually. The tax on the land is included
in the monthly condominium dues and should be paid by the Association.
