SCHEME OF PAYMENT The Elysium Phase III

A. SPOT CASH PAYMENT

7% Discount on Total Contract Price Net of Retention (Retention is 10% of TCP)

１）Payable within 7 days after reservation.

B. BANK FINANCING

Deposit of Php 100,000 payable within 7 days after reservation.

１）　30% Down Payment with 5% Discount on DP or 1year to　pay without interest.

２）　70% Balance- thru Bank Financing.
　 (5% Discount on 70% and for implementation only after unit is completed).

C. DEFERRED/ IN-HOUSE FINANCING

Deposit of Php 100,000 payable within 7 days after reservation.

Ⅰ．Special Deferred Payment　３０％－２０％－５０％　

１）　30% Down Payment. Outright Cash with 10% Discount on DP or 1 year to pay without interest.

２）　20% 1 Year to pay without interest.

３）　50% BALANCE　3 Years to pay @16%　interest rate (.035157)
